NiceCNC Shorty Brake & Clutch Levers

★★★★ Nice CNC Shorty levers

If there's one inexpensive modification I'd recommend to almost any adventure or enduro rider, it's fitting a set of shorty brake and clutch levers. For me, it's an absolute no-brainer. When riding off-road, especially on technical climbs, descents and rocky sections, you're constantly balancing throttle, clutch and brake inputs. Shorty levers make it much easier to control the bike using one or two fingers while maintaining a solid grip on the handlebars with your remaining fingers. That extra control translates into more confidence and less fatigue during long days on the trails. I opted for the NiceCNC shorty levers and have been pleasantly surprised by their quality. They're significantly cheaper than many of the premium brands, yet the machining, finish and overall feel are excellent. Installation is a simple plug-and-play process using the original mounting points, taking only a few minutes with basic tools. Since fitting them, I wouldn't go back to full-length levers. Whether I'm feathering the clutch through a rocky climb or modulating the front brake on a steep descent, the improved feel and control are immediately noticeable. It's one of those small upgrades that makes a surprisingly big difference to how the bike rides off-road. Final Thoughts For the relatively small investment, NiceCNC shorty levers deliver one of the best value-for-money upgrades you can make to an adventure bike. They improve control where it matters most, inspire confidence in technical riding, and make long days in the saddle more enjoyable. They've become one of those modifications that I now consider essential rather than optional.

Pros
  • Excellent one- and two-finger control.
  • Improved grip on the handlebars in technical terrain.
  • Better clutch and brake modulation.
  • Reduces hand fatigue on long off-road rides.
  • High-quality CNC-machined finish.
  • Excellent value for money.
  • Simple plug-and-play installation.
  • Less prone to damage in a tip-over than full-length levers.
Cons
  • Riders used to full-length levers may need a short adjustment period.
  • Lever reach may require a little fine-tuning to suit individual preference.
  • Not a premium brand, although the quality has exceeded my expectations.
