How MyAdvLife works
A quick tour of everything you can do — from logging a ride to planning one with mates.
🏠 Feed
- •Your home screen — the latest ride reports, planned rides and shared links from the community.
- •Toggle Everyone / Friends to focus on your circle, and filter by type.
- •Scroll down for the grade guide explaining the S (surface) and D (difficulty) badges.
◎ Ride reports
- •Write up a ride: story, photos (just drag & drop a batch), and one or more GPX segments that draw the route + stats on a map.
- •Pick the bike, gear, luggage and tag the friends you rode with — it all shows in “Setup used”.
- •Give 👍 Kudos to rides you like. Browse in grid or list view.
⚑ Planner
- •Plan an upcoming ride: search a meet point and food stop (type a place, pick it from the list), set a date, grade and trip type.
- •Attach GPX segments or start one from the Route library.
- •Build a 🎒 packing list per trip, share the ride, and invite friends — individually or a whole list. Riders RSVP, and you’ll see past vs upcoming.
🗺 Route library
- •A shared bank of GPX routes. Upload your own (drag a batch of .gpx files in), view any on a map, and download them.
- •Hit “Plan a ride from this” to start a planned ride seeded with that route.
▤ Garage
- •Your bikes (with a drag-to-position photo), gear configs, accessories, My Tech, moto-camping kit and navigation setup.
- •Per bike: a maintenance log and tyre history (with km-of-life).
- •Quick links to your Bucket list, Friends and this guide.
🤝 Friends
- •Find riders by name or @handle on the Friends page, or tap + Add on the Community directory — no need to open their profile.
- •Group friends into lists (e.g. “Weekend crew”) to invite a whole group to a ride in one tap.
🪣 Bucket list & Dream rides
- •Keep a list of dream rides to tick off. Mark any as a public Dream Ride and other riders can save it to theirs.
👥 Community
- •Riding stats for the whole tribe, the Dream Rides board, most-loved rides, the rider directory, a monthly leaderboard, popular bikes/gear, the GPX route count and curated reads.
🔒 Your profile & privacy
- •You’re shown publicly by your @handle — your real name stays private.
- •Profiles are public by default so riders can find you; switch to private anytime in Account.
- •Add an avatar and set your country/region there too.
